Two simple plans. Clients who buy their investment property through Michael get our investor client rate. All other owners pay the standard rate.
Portfolio Management Group (PMG) is a San Antonio, Texas property management company. Monthly management is a flat $125 per door for most owners, $100 per door for clients who buy their investment property through Michael Gonzales, and $75 per door for their 4+ unit multifamily properties. Tenant placement is free for those clients and $495 for others. Every fee is listed below and in the management agreement.

Owner FAQ
Do you charge a percentage of rent?
No. Management is a flat monthly fee per door: $100/door for clients who buy their investment property through Michael ($75/door for 4+ unit multifamily properties, such as a fourplex) and $125/door for all other owners.
How do I get paid and see statements?
Through your Buildium owner portal: monthly statements, documents and payments.
Who approves repairs?
You set a repair approval limit in your agreement. Above it, we ask you first, except in emergencies that threaten the property or habitability.
Can you take over my current tenant?
Yes. We onboard the existing lease and deposit records and handle the tenant from there.
Who is the broker?
Management is provided by RENAZ Management DBA Portfolio Management Group, TREC #9012505. Owner funds are held in a trust account.
What should your rental be earning?
